Will cataract surgery restore my vision?

When cataract is the only cause of your vision loss, cataract surgery is very successful.  However, the only way to tell if cataract is the cause of your vision loss is to take a potential vision test.  It is an easy test that takes less than 2 minutes with the Retinal Acuity Meter test (RAM®).

Prior to cataract surgery, ask your Doctor:

1.  "How well will I see after cataract surgery?"

 2.   "What is my potential vision?"
